A STATEMENT OF CONFIDENCE & COMMITMENT TO OUR CUSTOMERS
ECS Voice & Data is committed to the complete satisfaction of its customers. As a statement of our commitment, ECS is providing this Performance Guarantee to our customers in connection with their new telecommunications purchase.
We extend this Performance Guarantee for 90 days after the initial installation of all systems and solutions purchased directly from ECS by end-user customers. End-user customer’s developed software, customized premises distributor systems, and other physical preparations to customer facilities are not covered.
We extend this Performance Guarantee to all sales, whether purchased directly by the customer or financed through a third party which holds title to the system. On financed systems, we will reimburse the finance company up to the price paid for the systems. The customer will be responsible for all finance charges incurred.
To exercise this Performance Guarantee our customer must, within 90 days of the installation date express in writing the reason the customer feels that our system has not performed in accordance with design specification or the reason for not being satisfied with the performance. This reason must be something within our control. If we fail to remedy the cause within a reasonable period, and the customer chooses to return the system, we will then issue a refund when the system is returned. Under this Performance Guarantee, we will refund to our customers the full purchase price, shipping expenses, and applicable taxes.
